If you ask me which event has left the deepest mark on my heart — without a doubt, it’s this one.
This celebration wasn’t just beautiful — it was unforgettable. It was a challenge, a triumph, and a story we will proudly tell for years to come. It was the kind of project that reminds us why we do what we do.
With only one day and one night of preparation, we brought to life a dreamlike anniversary celebration in the heart of the desert for a couple who flew in from abroad to mark their love. The event was designed for just 20 very special guests, and though we can’t reveal the identity of our client — let’s just say they are someone quite well-known.
By pure chance — or fate — our favorite desert venue, one we know like the back of our hand, was available on February 14th. The setting couldn’t have been more perfect.
Our client had a deep love for floral design, so we sourced every tulip available in the city (and beyond!) along with the most unusual and stunning flowers we could find. What we created was an oasis of romance in the sand — a breathtaking setup with thousands of blooms, candlelight everywhere, and heart-shaped balloons floating under the desert stars.
But the biggest surprise was yet to come.
The client’s husband had arranged for Jah Khalib — yes, the Jah Khalib — to perform live as a surprise for his wife. And while we can’t begin to explain the thrill and pressure of meeting the artist’s full technical and hospitality rider in the middle of the desert, we did it. We built a stage. We transported the crew. We coordinated it all.
And in that moment — when she saw the love of her life surprise her with her favorite artist, when tears welled up in her eyes and all 20 guests sat in awe — it was all worth it.
